URBAN FIRST MOVER SCOOTER

Engineer/Designer Tiam Chiem's Movito is a 2-modular design consisting of an upper scooter chassis and the base which provides the drive via an in-wheel electric motor and hubless front wheel. The modular design allows a range of possible morphs, including multiple bodies to be connected to the base or two bases to be connected in parallel to form a two-seater.

Another In-Wheel Design by Frosty Myers, with Turkish DJ Bang! (Cansu Aybar) at the wheel of steel.

The above EVT Electric Scooter has the motor in the back wheel, produced in China, looking alot like a Vespa and drives like a dream. This lovely woman above - Terese Pagh - was seen in the streets of Copenhagen driving the EVT.

THE FUTURE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE

The Mercedes Benz concept was build by 150 Daimler AG trainees which included junior employees from the fields of automotive mechatronics, model-building, electronics, coating technology, manufacturing mechanics, product design, and interior appointments. The prime objective of the project was to integrate the topic of alternative drive systems into training with hands-on experience.
